Fun Foods Contest
Fun foods seem to be everywhere this time of year…and we want your ideas! Think of those cute chicks made with leftover Easter eggs or the cupcakes shaped into a caterpillar you serve at birthdays. Show off your skills with creative food ideas, and you just might win a prize! See contest rules.
The focus of this contest is the appearance of your food, not the recipe. We want to see photos of only your most fun shapes, ideas, simple themes, holiday creations and kid-pleasing classroom treats.

Got any fun animals you unleash on your table? Cherry tomatoes form the wings of Ladybug Appetizers on crispy crackers (above).
Miscellaneous
French toast and sausage trees—a perfect example of a fun and easy way to serve breakfast…but it didn’t fit into the other categories.
Here’s How to Enter
The fun food idea must be your own. It can, however, be your interpretation of an idea you have seen elsewhere.
Please describe your fun design and how you created it. Include a list of materials needed and instructions to create the design as well as any purchasing information that might be helpful to other readers. It’s not necessary to send a recipe with your fun food creation, but you may if you wish.
Include one or more high-quality color photos of your entry. Prints should be at least 4” by 6” (jpegs 300 dpi at 4” by 6”). Please print your name, address, daytime phone number and category on the back of each photo.
Be sure to keep photo negatives. Sorry, we can’t return entries.
You may enter as many items as you wish. If you don’t submit entries below, please include your name, address, daytime phone number and entry category with design information.
All entries become the property of Reiman Publications. Entries that are not among the winners may be published in a future issue, in a cookbook or on our Web site.
Contest deadline is May 15, 2008.
